Frequently Asked Questions

The simple answer is: If you like our photography, then you should hire us. We love to work with people, who love the type of photography we are doing. We believe that this is the only right reason, why you should hire your photographer. Other reasons for hiring a photographer can lead to misunderstandings, tension or disappointment from the results of the shoot.
Choosing a photographer is not easy. To boost your confidence and ensure that we are the right photographers for you, we invite you to schedule an obligation-free Zoom meeting. This will give you a chance to meet us face-to-face, discuss your plans in detail and see if our personalities are going to fit in with yours and your family.

Communication is an important aspect of a photographer/client relationship. It is beneficial for you to know that you have a good connection with your photographer from the start.

As the outcome of this Zoom meeting, you will be well informed about what to expect if you choose to move forward with us.

If you do not want to start with a Zoom meeting, we ask that you at least start with a phone call.

You can email us questions at any time however an official quote will not be provided until we have both had a chance to connect on the phone or via Zoom and see if we are a good fit for each other.

No. The files which have not been selected are duplicates or near-duplicates, eyes-closed, flash did not fire, a person walked in front of the camera, unflattering images, or out-of-focus images.
